Cancellation & Credit Policy
Before February 15, 2026:
Your deposit is non-refundable, but fully transferable as a credit toward any future VinAway journey within 24 months.
On or After February 15, 2026:
The deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance will be due in installments, with final payment required no later than 60 days before departure.
